Do unused hours roll over?
Yes, for one month only. Unused time from one monthly allowance can be used in the immediately following month, capped at that plan’s normal monthly allowance. Anything still unused then expires, so hours never build up across several months.
What does annual billing change?
You pay the discounted annual fee for a 12-month subscription. The service is still managed in monthly allowances, with the same one-month carry-over rule.
Can I move plan?
Yes, subject to capacity, Stripe subscription settings and the appointment terms.
Is estimating included?
No fixed estimating service is included automatically. Call us so the tender can be reviewed and quoted on a bespoke basis.
Is this legal advice?
No. The retainer provides quantity surveying and commercial support. Where reserved legal services are needed, we will identify that.
