Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This page explains cookies and similar technologies used on thesubbieqs.co.uk.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Similar technologies can store or read information on a device for security, preferences, measurement or advertising.

Strictly necessary cookies

WordPress and the client portal may use necessary cookies to keep an administrator or client signed in, protect forms, maintain security and remember essential account state. These cannot be switched off through an optional analytics control because the requested account or website function would not work correctly.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager remains disabled in the supplied setup until an administrator adds the required identifier and enables tracking. Even after configuration, the built-in cookie notice blocks the optional external tracking script until the visitor selects “Accept optional cookies”. Rejecting optional cookies leaves analytics storage denied.

Stripe

If you choose a paid subscription or open billing management, you are sent to Stripe’s secure website. Stripe may use its own necessary fraud-prevention, payment and session technologies under its notices.

Managing your choice

Use “Accept optional cookies” or “Reject optional cookies” on the first-party notice. The choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Use “Cookie settings” in the website footer at any time to revisit it. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, but blocking necessary cookies can prevent login, checkout or protected forms from working.

Current cookie check

The final live cookie list depends on the hosting, consent tool and integrations enabled by the site owner. The administrator must scan the production site and update this page before optional analytics or marketing technologies are enabled.
